Regional Mall
The regional mall is currently in the design phase and will ultimately offer 100+
specialty retailers, department stores, restaurants and entertainment as the hub
of the commercial core for Prasada. The timing for the regional mall is based on
market demand.
At the core of Prasada is an unparalleled regional destination - more than 1,200
acres of offices, hospitality uses, a hospital and medical campus, as well as shopping,
dining and entertainment blended in a uniquely designed regional shopping center
and distinct power centers.
What will ultimately be almost 2 million square feet of shopping, the Walmart is currently
under construction and will anchor a power center opening in 2012. The Target-anchored
power center on Cactus Road will also follow in 2012.
